I called PERFECT AIR at just past 10pm. Ricardo answered the call and provided information for me. He set me up for an appointment on the very next day at 11am. Technician Ivan Farias showed up @my front door @9am. Ivan Himself was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He even insisted on wearing a shoe cover when he came in to my house to check the thermostat control unit. He did not mind at all when I was looking over his shoulder the whole time he was working. He would explain to me in detail, what he was doing. Capacitor in my ac unit was not working anymore. Ivan had the parts readily available and installed it right away. Ivan advised me on how to perform simple maintenance on my ac unit. After my experience with Ricardo and Ivan, I would definitely be in contact with them for my AC/heating needs in the future. All the work was done in less than 2 hrs. I would say that the price they charged me was fair and reasonable. PERFECT AIR, PERFECT SERVICE!!!

PERFECT AIR provided perfect service for me. Centralized Air in my home stopped working just when my 1 year old baby was about to go to bed. I tried to schedule a repair from a well known company (MD), but the earliest appointment I could get was in 4 days. I found PERFERCT AIR ON YP and after reading the reviews, I decided to give them a call. I made this call at just past 10pm. Ricardo answered the call and provided information for me. He was courteous and accommodating the whole time. He set me up for an appointment on the very next day at 11am.

Ricardo called me the next day @730am and informed me that he could accommodate me earlier than the scheduled appointment. Technician Ivan Farias showed up @my front door @9am. Ivan Himself was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He completed a check-up on my condenser unit and he even insisted on wearing a shoe cover when he came in to my house to check the thermostat control unit.

I bought a new A/C system from Ricardo. He found a way to make a more efficient system fit in my current framework. Not only was he very professional with suggestions to cool my home better, the A/C was installed perfectly. I did my homework and met with several contractors, Ricardo was by far the best. I highly recommend him.

Ricardo showed up at the time he had stated. Was up front with the cost of the repairs. Then quoted the price to tune-up the unit to increase it's efficiency. I opted for the repair and tune-up which was a very fair price. He was very honest and quickly performed the tasks. My unit is now blowing cold air and even with the excessive heat the house is cooling down faster than it has for quite some time. I would certainly recommend him to anyone that was having problems with their air conditioner.

Cant be more happy with my service provided last minute on this Saterday. Ricardo was extremely professional and did an amazing job on time and budget

Summer is here, AC units needed servicing so called Perfect Air Heating & Conditioning talked to Ricardo. He came out as scheduled, checked out units

and within the hour work was done and AC units cooling like new.

He answered all questions I had and explained all work he did.

Definitly will call again

I was looking for a wall vent when I found Perfect Air in my search. i was surprised how Riccardo patiently listened to what i needed and looked around for me to help me get the parts. He even left a message for his wholesaler for me to go pick up the parts even though normally they don't sell to non contractors. It is hard to find this level of service these days.

I WOULD TRY AGAIN DEFINITLY ,I LIKE THE SERVICE PROVIDED LAST SATURDAY WHEN MY AC BROKE DOWN, THEY REPAIR IT RIGHT AWAY AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE , THANK YOU FOR COMING DURING THE WEEKEND WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE.......

I checked 3 or 4 companies before i did the repair on my central Air Conditioning,and i found that this company is the one to trust ,Ricardo is very honest guy and tell you straight out what the problem is and how much it will cost to repair it which i think it was a very fair price comparing with the other companies in the san fernando valley and very reliable and rapid response to the service call........awesome!!!!!......... is the only word i can think to describe the service this company performed.

They tried to see me the world for crazy prices..

I believe the price was pretty expensive for the work completed.

He charged me $125 for sevice/inspection, $180 for 4 pounds of freon, $150 for coil wash.

The total was $455 with one hour and 15 minutes of work and No Warranty on freon leaks.

When I rasied my eyebrows, he gave me an immediate discount of $55 and the total cost was $400.

Nice guy but still too much.

I was very happy with the service of this man/company. I called three different companies. Sears wanted to charge me too much and gave me a "window" as to when they would show up. The other referrals did not even return my call. Ricardo showed up on time, answered his cell phone each time I called him and conducted an excellent job at the service he was hired for. I LIVE IN THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY AREA AND I HAVE TO SAY I AM VERY IMPRESSED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY , THEY ARE VERY PROFESIONAL , WHEN THEY DIAGNOST THE PROBLEM THEY EXPLAINED WHY IT HAPPENED AND WHAT WE CAN DO TO REPAIR IT THE RIGHT WAY NOT LIKE OTHER COMPANIES THAT I TRYED BEFORE THAT THEY JUST MAKE IT WORK FOR FEW MONTHS OR LESS AND CHARGE YOU A LEG AND ARM .
