Great customer service. I have purchased airfares and the most enjoyable vacation to Europe from Doris Travel Vacation. I requested a guided vacation with a stop in various places on certain days. For example a stop in Florence, Italy the day of my birthday. The agent patiently looked for the best places and tours for my friends and I.
