The administrator Sophie is very rude and discriminates against people that are ill. She is in the wrong business.

Facilities staff and administrator seemed to be very cold and not compassionate at all.

Please do not place your loved ones in this place, this is not a safe healthy eviroment.

This is one the worst facilities in the San Fernando Valley. On March 10, I was picking up my medicine from CVS in Reseda when I saw a lady laying on the floor of one of the isles. I went to her and asked if I could help her, her response was "no I'm just resting, I'm not the one they called the paramedics for". I told her ok and that I would be right over here if she needed anything. She said ok. I proceeded to the Pharmacy counter and asked if they could call 911 or the manager or something. When the manager finally came, another customer helped this lady up with the manager. After paying for my things, I went over to the lady & stayed with her until I could get any information from her so I could contact anyone that might know her. All she had on her was a little Black Wallet with a bunch of cards & a medical Bracelet. The bottom line is this facility took forever to even get to this lady and when I called this morning regarding it the girl was a complete rude Moron. Thanks
