I asked for specific clip Shih Tzu puppy cut. I even gave them a drawing of what was wanted. I wanted them to use a # 5 blade on the body. And, I wanted then to use shears on the legs and ears so the hair was left long.What I got a dog completely stripped with what looks like a #7 blade (quarter inch long) all over (body and legs).I don't know if they are incompetent or just don’t care what the customer wants.Ed

This place if great. They really do treat your pet as royality.We have had very good survice, however the they are a bit expensive but do work and get the pet done on time.
