DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS>>>Today will be the last day I'm a customer of NW Medical after 5 years of being a customer. Over the years I've spent thousands of dollars on CPAP machines and supplies for them. A couple months ago I called to order a huge lot of supplies with use or lose money. I told them this would be a out of pocket purchase. Well without my approval they ran a bunch of it through insurance. This delayed the bill to after my use or lose money was gone. Now I'm out $284 dollars because they can not follow instruction. When I spoke to the manager Chuck he said he was not willing to do right by me and eat the mistake they made. He called me a blackmailer because I was giving them the opportunity to resolve the problem before I took my business elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OUT EXTRA MONEY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CALL YOU A CRIMINAL.
