As a septic system owner you are responsible for ensuring that your septic system is safe and working properly. Leaking septic are a health risk to both your family and the larger community, but systems can also have more insidious effects, seeping into and contaminating groundwater supplies, and mixing with the other water supplies without us even being aware of it. Many of us are simply not aware of the risks, and are not managing these systems safely. If you system starts to smell or the toilet keeps backing up, this is often a sign that the tank is overdue for a pump out. Generally speaking, the tank needs pumping if it is more than two-thirds full of liquid effluent. How often you pump out depends on how large the tank is and how m any people use the system, check the council for guidelines and by lifting the inspection port or lid on top of the tank. What we can do for you: • Septic Tank Pumping and Cleaning • Full Septic tank Pumpout • Septic System Service and Repair • Sewage Pump Replacements • We Clean & Replace Filters • Septic Tank and System Consulting • Environmentally Friendly Disposal Call me today.

Fabulous service!

We just had our septic pumped today by Neighbors and they were very professional and courteous. They were recommended by a neighbor and this was our first time ever getting our septic pumped. It was so full they didn't think they could do it but he put forth the extra effort so we didn't have to call in reinforcements and spend a fortune. This was going above and beyond as it had been over 5 years and we are a family of 5! We will be using them again in 3 years! Thank you again!

Informative and Helpful

I just had Neighbor's out to my house to pump my septic tank. The man explained how come the septic tank is always full, and how the water flow works. He told me he does not do inspections of tanks because he can't see underground. The man said once he sees how thick the sludge is and how easily or difficult it is to pump out then he knows the true state of the tank. He told me that I waited too long to have my tank pumped that the sludge was so thick it was difficult and took a longer than normal time to pump the tank. He did not charge extra. He recommended that for a family of five, I should have it cleaned out every 5-6 years. I will call him again in five years.

Courteous and Helpful Service

I called Neighbor;s because my next door neighbor recommended him. I was living in my first house with a septictank and didn't know how often a tank needs pumped out. The man who answered the phone answered my questions and explained briefly how a tank works. He told me since just threeof us were living in the house for two years it probably could wait another 2 or 3 yrs. before it needed pumped out. Every 5 years, He could have told me it needed pumping now and taken my money. I will call him back in two years to pump my septictank.

Horrible! Wouldn't recommend AT ALL!

I called to schedule an appointment to have someone come out to look at my septic tank. All I wanted was for someone to at least inspect and inform me of what was wrong and what needed repair. The man on the phone, first thing he told me was to check my drain field (How the hell am I supposed to know what that is? Is he not the professional here? Apparently not!). Then he asked me if I checked this and that (plumbing terms) like I knew what he was talking about. Of course I replied that I didn't know. He then says I don't know what to tell you, thank you. Then hangs up! ######HORRIBLE customer service! The least he could've done was come out to my house to take a look. He couldn't even do that!
