I have used this dry clearners for about 5 years and have been pretty happy with them, although my primary reason for using them is to launder my husband's white dress shirts. They do not do a very good job at cleaning the neck and cuffs and now are going to charge an extra $1.00 for every shirt that has blood on the collar. They charge mid-range for shirt laundrying but with a $1.00 surcharge, they will be very expensive. Sadly, I will not go here again.
