Provided by YP.comFriend had burning, goopy, painful eyes. 4th was a holiday so stuck waiting until today to be seen. Called 1st thing in the morning (by 9am) asking when he could be seen figuring he'd have to be worked in. Told they would have to ask the doc and would get back to him. 2hrs later we go to the office & are told the doc won't be in until after 1:30pm. Setting an appropriate expectation of when the callback would occur at 9am this morning would have been good. But wait it gets better. Going back @ 2pm (still haven't rec'd call) we're told they're slammed with "regular walk-ins" and can't see him & they suggest he go to an urgent care & if necessary the urgent care will refer him over. Thank you Sierra Eye Associates for blowing our entire day-now the line at urgent care is several hours long & they may not have the expertise to treat whatever conjunctivitis issue he has which will result in double fees 1) for the urgent care and then 2) for the ophthalmologist.
