Totally disagree with Ty F. Some people just can't be made happy. Mac has done 7 vehicles for me personally and has done a fantastic job every time. Very friendly, personable man. Highly recommend him. Scheduling number 8 now.

I went to this gentleman's shop; Mac's Window Tint, located on Vassar Avenue. By far one of the worse experiences I've ever had as a customer. The first issue with this gentleman is the lack of customer service skills, he cannot control a situation in which he did low quality work and take responsibility for the work. He did, however, charge full price for a job that was done wrong. The window tint has air bubbles all over, and he will not fix it. His warranty means nothing. Good luck spending time and money trying. He blames his employees for the bad work, band he will not stand behind it.

When I showed up, before I had seen the car, he knew the quality of his workmanship was less than desired. I figured, because he called the police within 45 seconds of me arriving at the shop. His excuse was, he did not want to release the car because the registration read someone else's name on it. He wanted the registered owner to pick up the car (BTW the registered owner is my 18 yo son. He figured he can push a teenager around). As if he has any authority to decide who drives a car and how it can be registered. He did not want to write out a receipt at first, until the police, who he had called, asked him to.

Now, 3 days later, the tint is bubbling up even more. He claims that it's a hit and miss procedure. Do yourselves a favor, go elsewhere. Don't risk a bad experience and losing money to this shop.

I highly recommend this place. Great price, great service, excellent quality, and wonderful people. You don't get service like this anymore.

I had a previous vehicle which was side swiped, which would normally shatter the glass and fragment all over the cab, but rather held the whole window together in one sheet. Saved my eyes, thank you!!!!!

I JUST GOT MY WINDOWS TINTED AND I CALLED MANY PLACES, THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE, THE OWNER WAS REAL FRIENDLY AND THEY HELPED ME CHOSE THE TINT % THAT I WANTED, MY CAR LOOKS GREAT NOW AND THEY DO USE A HIGH GRADE TINT MATERIAL, I LOOKED AT THE BRAND ON THE INTERNET.... WELL LIKE I SAID SERVICE IS GREAT THE OWNER TALKS TO YOU LIKE A FRIEND NOT JUST A CUSTOMER AND HE EVEN GAVE ME TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE MY PAINT LOOK BETTER SINCE IT HAD SUM STUFF ON IT.....

I WOULD RECOMMEND IF YOU WANNA MAKE YOUR CAR LOOK NICER AND PROTECTED FROM THE SUN IN THOSE HOT SUMMER DAYS FOR A LOW AMOUNT OF MONEY....JA JA JA I KNOW I DID. OH AND ALSO THEY WORK KIND OF FAST BUT SLOW ENOUGH TO DO A GOOD JOB. THANK YOU FOR READING.
