Derek is humbly knowledgeable, tenacious w/his suppliers, and reliably diligent w/the service he provides his customers. He is compassionately honest. I doubt you'll find an individual more qualified to help you, or tell you if he can't.

I can't say enough how great this guy is and how much he knows. Very professional, very nice, does the job right away without a runaround and b.s.I will personally never call anyone else for an appliance fix. I wasted hours, literally, attempting to deal with the (800) customer service depts. of Sears and LG; plus, spoke with at least four independent appliance repair businesses before I learned about Little City Appliance Repair and its owner, Derek, via some positive Yelp reviews...and I am so glad that I did! This man is professional, knowledgeable, honest and very fair with pricing/charges. He went above-and-beyond to help us right away and was quick AND thorough in making the needed repair. Derek rocks! Fixed my dead $8000 fridge in 1.5 hours. Very knowledgeable guy. And that's a good praise from an engineer. Turned out to be an intermittent switch. Intermittent circuit elements is one of the hardest thing to debug (us design engineers out there know all about that). I worked along side Derek the whole time. From a technical view, this guy knows his stuff.



Above that, he's clean cut, professional, honest, and showed up early!

Though we got off with a bit of confusion on scheduling, that was easily resolved via his very friendly nature. Derek was competent, and had the dishwasher up and running in one hour, including having the replacement motor/pump in his truck. His price was not low but reasonable. I got his business cards so that I can recommend him to friends and family. I will be using his services again.

Derek was awesome! Recently our dryer stopped working and of the 5 businesses that I contacted for the repair, Derek at Little City Appliance Repair was the only one who actually answered my call. He was very knowledgeable, on time for the appointment, extremely through, friendly, efficient, and affordable. In a time when you are concerned about getting the most bang for your buck, Derek truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call on him again the next time I need appliance repair or service.
