My Chrysler was in the shop for about a month due to electrical issues, instead of fixing the problem they replaced a part that was not the issue charged me 1,200$ and gave me my car back not running what so ever and problem still In tact. I was told AFTER the service & payment that there was nothing they could do to help my car anymore. You would think you'd be able to trust the dealership of your vehicle for a service. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment with the service department 18 days in advance. I dropped my vehicle off first thing on a Friday morning. Later that day I received a call around 3:30pm from a mechanic. He told me that the diagnostic was not performed yet. They ended up keeping my vehicle overnight, which was fine but a little disappointing.

I waited for a call the next day to get an update but It never happened. I tried calling but I couldn't get through so I ended up going down there. By that time It was already 4pm...and unbelievably, I was informed that the diagnostic had still not been done!

The service shop was going to close soon and remain closed until Monday. In terms of needing my vehicle for work, I had no choice but to take it back. The experience was very frustrating and a complete waste of my time.



The fact is; they had my vehicle for 2 full days and achieved nothing over a simple issue. There is absolutely NO excuse a diagnostic (at a minimum) could not be done based on the amount of time they had, it's beyond nonsense.

They definitely need to get their sh** together and stop making appointments if they can't handle or manage them.

terrible and cant keep prices what you are told

This place is terrible. They over charged the crap out of my mom to get the brakes done on her 2010 jeep Laredo I took the repair sheet to four other brake shops because I new she was overcharged every place I went would have done it for about 250 to 300 less then they charged. They took advantage of a sweet older woman for not knowing any better. They must have great karma! Also that positive review is probably fake it happens to touch on the exact complaint issues the customers some of. Shame on them

Horrible experience

Whenever people @work talk about getting a new car I have to tell them about

What a horrible experience they made it. Omg it was so bad we didn’t buy the Jeep liberty I wanted and gave up looking the experience was so bad this was in 2005.

I thought we had settled on a price but when the loan officer came back they had it jacked way up.we tried to leave but then they started this passing us around from sales man to manager to different salesman all saying they were going to make us happy. We finally got out of there and then they called and asked us to come back in they would get us the liberty I wanted for the price I thought we already agreed on we drive back from Fernley

And they start to show us a used liberty not the one I was looking at more wasted time

Then they try to push this fleece they call it a lease on us.

Unfortunately it’s time to go car shopping again.
