I've been to KJ mini-mart many times, but the man working today (one of the owners?) was so helpful !! Being new to Indian cooking (relatively), and not speaking Indian, he helped me understand the ingredients, what they were commonly used in, and even some hints. Plus, another great thing about this place is on many days, you can try a bite of Indian food (they have it at the counter). They also have heat-and-eat foods and tons of other items like a regular mini mart. What truly impressed me was the courtesy, helpfulness, and variety. GREAT PLACE!!!!
