I went in looking for multiple pieces of jewelry due to having multiple piercings and the girls were super sweet. They took their time when helping me pick out a product and they were very nice and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! Will be going back again very soon! The blonde girl and the girl with the colored hair were the ones helping me, I only wish I had got their names! I definitely would recommend this store to everyone i know!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. My mother bought the wrong size gauges for my brother at Christmas time and tried to exchange for the right size. The woman who "manages" this store called my mother "stupid" for not knowing the difference in sizes. Verbatim. These were a gift, not for her own ears. This woman's people skills need to be evaluated if she's this rude to other customers. Unacceptable.
