Andy's to the Rescue! We truly thank Andy for rescuing our dog Izzy. We accidentally locked Izzy in our car along with our keys on a hot day. Fortunately a staff member at our hotel had Andy's number for us. When Andy's learned there was a dog in a emergency situation they made a special effort to get to us quickly, and once here immediately freed Izzy. Izzy is fine and we are very grateful. I wish I could give this business TEN stars-- I will be a customer for life!!! My key got stuck in the ignition of my car in a supermarket parking lot on a boiling-hot Saturday afternoon. Andy himself came to the rescue-- dismantled the steering column, got the broken lock case, called around to auto parts stores for the part, went and picked it up, brought it back, installed it, re-keyed it--while behaving in such a professional and reassuring manner. I was bracing myself for major $$$ (weekend call-out, driving to get the part, several long hours of his time)-- and the bill came to only $117!!! I am going back to get a stack of his business cards to hand out to my friends. This is a fantastic, family-owned business--Andy's is the best.

I have used these guys for years. They do all my residental locks and I have never had anything but the best service from all of thier guys. I have even called them out for my vehicle before, once again outstanding work and service. Nice family business. I wouldnt take my business anywhere else.

great team!!! thier guy came out late at night to unlock my car with my pooch locked inside!!! the whole time he worked he was comforting my panaking mind. He was quick to arrive and even quicker to get my car open and my puppy safe. I couldnt be happier!!

I have been doing business with the great folks at Andy's Lock and Key for over 6 years now. Mostly for all my Classic Car business and Commercial business needs. All ( over a hundred I can support with receipts ) transactions were always extremely professional and courteous- ALWAYS. On numerous occasions , I have needed Andy's out for service calls at my place of business and home . Andy's has ALWAYS taken that extra step to support my usually " Can you get here in the next 10 minutes requests !!! Always customer service oriented and price competitive. I have and will continue to recommend all of my Commercial Customers , Hot Rod Buddies , and Family to Andy's Lock and Key in the" Biggest Little City in the World - Reno Nevada - Robert in South Reno

Not a satisfied customer. I brought in a safe (my property) to be openned and though I wasn't sure what was in the safe, they decided not to give me the contents of the safe. They didn't even show me what was NOT in the safe. Then, when I left, they took my vehicle plate number like I was a criminal. They took my personal property just because. In retrospect, If this wasn't an issue with me, I would have called the police.
