Highly recommend. SLA company that provides excellent care for its individuals, appreciates staff, and has just started some great employee incentives!!

She still have not paid the employees who are currently working here their back pay! Looks like we will have to file with the labor board to get our money!

The truth will all come out about everything this company is about and in the end, I would NEVER want to be in this women shoes. She once told me during a conversation about one of her staff, "God does not like ugly", boy oh boy, that finger got pointed right back towards her! She would be wise to heed her own advice......

Another broken down vehicle at Maverick, in Panther Valley, on 8/22/14 at 3:00pm, while individuals served waited for over an hour in 80 degree weather! Ridiculous.......and this is quality care? I don't think so............

Apply only if you have no work experience, a difficult time speaking English, or using it as a stepping stone. There are many other companies out there that actually care about their clients and employees. This is a dead end job. No raises, no benefits, no nothing and when I say nothing, I mean NOTHING! Other companies like this may not pay you enough to retire on, but at least there are perks to show their appreciation, not just blow smoke up you a**! Hey, AAG show your employees how much you appreciate them, do not tell us!

Many employees employed here come from a country where corporal punishment is okay and think it is okay to treat people with disabilities this way because they do not know the laws in the United States. Well, it is not okay! The individuals are not believed. It is chalk up to them having a disability. The individuals remember who has treated them right and who doesn't!

It seems like this company only wants negative things about the individuals served reported to the State of Nevada, so this company will make more money. The individuals served are capable of becoming so much more, but it seems like the negative is empathized, always! This company does not know how to conduct business so it is a win/win situation. It is always lose (employee)/ Win (Company) or a lose/lose situation. There is a lot of crazy making/ manipulating that goes on here by the higher ups. Honestly be careful you might think your looking at sheep, but really they are wolfs in sheep's clothing. Light needs to be shed on this company including how they accumulated the houses these individuals live in. This business owners whole life needs to be THOROUGHLY investigated!

Very unprofessional and corrupt business practices. This company honestly only cares about the money. House repairs are only made right before, or after they are expecting an inspection by the State of Nevada. All of the maintenance men do not want to even do the work because it takes such a long time to be paid and when repairs are made things are mickey rig. There is mold that has been covered up behind sheet rock. The individuals served are in poor health, many have sever dental needs. Missing teeth, cavities, difficult time chewing their food etc...... The company vehicles are very unsafe and in need of repairs. This company has no benefits, no pay raises, nothing. Many employees have been working here without a raise for many years, making minimum wage. It is just a check for them. There is a elderly women living in one of the homes who is being exploited. Many things such as abuse were report to the director, as asked by the director to due, but nothing was done about it.
