I had an insurance claim to replace bleach stained carpet. My adjuster recommended Cowboy Carpets and I'm so glad He did! Todd is reliable, honest and very knowledgeable about the carpet he sells which he, himself, also installed. He returned all calls quickly and had excellent communication during the whole process. He drove to my house with carpet samples and arrived promptly when he said he would. I also went to his store in Remsen and found what I wanted; his mom works in the store and was very sweet and also very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of carpeting and pulled samples that she thought I would like. Todd arrived early on the day scheduled for installation, worked quickly and did an excellent job installing the carpeting which is beautiful and feels luxurious on my feet. My carpeting was installed over hardwood floors and even though I forgot to tell him, he protected the wood flooring. He left some remnants for me cut In rectangles so I could use them at my entryway which I greatly appreciated. He even corrected the original carpet installer's botch job in my entryway( the linoleum had completely lifted where it met the carpet so I've had a throw rug down covering it for years(---cough-Knova Carpets����--cough). He installed a bronze metal strip to secure the entryway carpeting, which he explained protects the carpet when mopping the adjoining linoleum. I no longer cringe when coming in my door!!! I highly recommend Cowboy Carpets. I am very pleased with the work and quality of carpet, installation and fantastic customer service like in days long gone--which is what prompted me to rate my first business on this site! Thank you Cowboy Carpets for a praiseworthy job!!!
