Maybe they just don't like cold calls, I know I must get 20 a week in my office, often putting a paying customer on hold to answer a call. I know that my dealings with them have always been positive.

If you are not looking for storage, the guy that answers "OFFICE" is rude to anyone who is selling AMNYTHING!
