We have been customers of this company for ten years. Every year we use them for air conditioning problems or heating. Last week they sent a guy out to see why our air conditioner wasn't working again. He told us our outside compressor was froze up and couldn't be fixed. Charged us $123.50 For A SERVICE CALL!!!! I couldn't believe it. He new I was pissed, so he said if we bought a new system for $5000.00 they would take the $123.50 off. Now wouldn't he have to do some calculations and square footage estimates to give us a price?

Called Sears and a Person recommended by LUTE in Parkersburg. Guess what they are coming to check it out for FREE. So therefore I can see why this company is getting other bad reviews.

THIS IS THE LEAST PROFESSIONAL--WORST RAN BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN OVER 3 DECADES! IF YOU EVER WANT ANY JOB ACTUALLY COMPLETED AND WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES BROUGHT UP DURING INSTALLATION DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY...AFTER 2 MTHS THEY STILL HAVENT INSTALLED OUR A/C UNIT BECAUSE OF ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER. MELODY THE "FRONT DESK LADY" WAS RUDE, IGNORANT, AND NEEDS TO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC!
