Had bubbles in the tint they said it would go away after three weeks it didnt took my car back they said they couldnt do anything about it I told them what about the warranty they still refused to fix it. Highly unhappy with their work. DO NOT GET YOUR TINTING THERE!!!!

1 star is the lowest this review will allow or I would rate lower. These guys tinted my rear door and rear window and at pickup I mentioned the air bubbles only to be told they would disappear in a day or so and faster if car left in the sun. Well after a couple of days not only were there still there, the rear window tint film had fallen off. When I called them, they were very defensive and blamed it on the film (???) and said they would call mfg. and order another roll and they would call me in a couple of days to come back in for the job to be redone. Well...they never called and I had the job redone elsewhere! The other tint shop just laughed when they saw the job done by The Preferred Image so as you can guess I would not every do business with these guys again and I definitely do NOT recommend them.I also have to dispute my credit card charge to get a refund...
