Nearly every door and every window in my home is from this business—all except the front door. I went into this shop without knowing a thing or two about doors, and that was my first mistake. My second mistake was not being persistent about getting an invoice immediately.



Maurie ordered the door on a Monday, the next day I emailed and asked for invoice...never received it. I brought a contractor in, and was told the door would not fit my home. I called the shop that Friday, and no one could locate my order. I went in Monday... the door had arrived Friday.



After 3 months of going back and forth, I was told "You bought the wrong door and you're stuck with it.” And, it was delivered in a very condescending and rude tone.



Eventually, Maurie reluctantly agreed to give me the doors at his cost ($1400.) I set up a donation, and through the donation process, I discovered the doors were the incorrect doors. Maurie never mentioned this throughout the many conversations.

Just to let you know all 15 windows and 1 door are completely installed and the head of the household ( my wife) is overjoyed, phew! The first 50% credit goes to Bennett Glass for the supply of all the windows and one door which are extremely good looking and outstanding quality (Milgard). The second 50% credit goes to Felipe Sian for his excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The second member of this household (me) is also extremely satisfied and will highly recommend both windows and installer to anyone wanting a recommendation from a prior customer. Thank you again for all your efforts on my behalf.

Came the next morning after I broke a window. Others I called were booked for days. Replaced the window quickly and charged me the lowest end of what they'd estimated over the phone.

Punctual and honest guy. Arrived at my place on the time we agreed. Replaced the broken window and there are no leaks compared to another window install.
