I was a new customer to Ben Franklin since my own plumber has vehicle troubles. So I needed someone quick as my water heater was gone and I needed service hopefully in one day if possible. I went online and this company came to view, I read a few reviews, called them and got the nicest receptionist who actually spoke with warmth and greeted you with care. I got an appt. for midday and Matthew came...again a warm engaging fellow. We made all the arrangements for that afternoon, filled out permits, he checked all the needed issues before installation could begin. The technicians came late afternoon, did their work efficiently and completed their work and installation. We came across a few gliches, which occurred after they had left I contacted their office, they sent help, and by morning the head manager John Rossi attended to fixing every issue at hand. I wish to say,this is a company which stands by its word and take care of their customers! Thank you! Dimitria Letsos

Three repairs and a whole-house re-pipe with copper later I am extremely pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Their technicians - Danny Tehrani and Aris G - are professional and thorough. Their trucks are well stocked and as professional looking as the technicians. I strongly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for repairs or new construction.

booking and confirming initial appointment went well and BF Plumber arrived as expected. Unfortunately he could not fix (by snaking) clogged bathtub. Recommended changing plumbing. we agreed on price and date. Unfortunately there was screw up on assessing the new job and it required scaffold being built which was not part of initial quote. Never heard from them on requote. We are in SF not South Bay, so got another plumber to do the job a few days later

They were quick and very professional. There was some mix up with the parts ordered, but they stuck to their original estimate and didn't charge me a penny more. I appreciated that, though I would have preferred to avoid the mix up in the first place. I would definitely call them again for the next plumbing issue.

Danny is always personable and helpful. He is thorough in assessing the problem and gives detailed information about what the solution will entail. He is clear about the cost and the time required to complete the job. I trust his honesty and competence.

The plumber that I worked with was great! If you get Jonathan Rubie he'll make sure things are right, even if he has to come out 4 times (in our case). we have a 60 story residential building and they came quick on the day of when there was the largest storm in 19 years. we needed a 50'+ snake and they brought that and I heard no blow back from my chief so they did a good job cause our pipes are not clogged.

Excellent and professional work.

Nate was great. He gave us a clear analysis of what might be causing the problem (toilet blockage vs. sewer-line blockage) and what would be required to fix it in each case. He also took care of an unrelated minor matter I called to his attention. It was simple for him, but beyond my capabilities for a DIY repair. When it's time to clean out our sewer line, I'll try to get him back in here!
