Fast and through. Greg won't sell you anything you don't need. Upon inspection, Greg tells you what minimum needs to be done to make your fireplace safe. Also gives optional choices. Ken works hard and knows what and how to do everything! Give him a raise! Thanks. George

Wow! I was not expecting to have such a wonderful experience getting my Chimney cleaned..I'm so glad my expectations were wrong! The owner showed up on time with a smile on his face.
