I just searched for Steven Steese and saw his Yelp listing and thought I would return a favor by providing a review. About 10 years ago I wanted to terminate a supervisor who was involved in a fight with a subordinate. The Supervisor was a long term employee and I did not want to fire the subordinate. I needed some basic advise on how to proceed. Steve had just left a law firm to start his own practice. He fully understood the issues and provided straight forward practical guidance. I was very pleased and have always kept his card in case I ever needed HR advice again which is why I was searching for him. I highly recommend him.
