Excellent service from Connie Campos; she was always courteous and friendly, as well as professional. She planned and booked my vacation exactly to my specifications. All airport pick-ups and drop-offs went smoothly. Drivers were prompt. Hotels were lovely, and their staffs courteous and friendly. All recommended venues in package met or exceeded my expectations in terms of interest, beauty etc. I highly recommend Connie and this company to anyone wishing to travel to Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Excellent service by Agent Connie Campos! Could not have asked for more in terms of helpfulness, prompt response, reachability and knowledge. My Australian vacation was all (and more) that I could have asked for! Connie of Springboard Vacations knew just which hotels to pick for convenience and suitability, and her venue recommendations fulfilled my dreams wonderfully. I highly recommend this company and Connie Campos to anyone looking for an affordable, wonderful vacation "Down Under"! SW BTW, my entire trip was planned and achieved solely over the phone and via email and snailmail. Very impressive! And, best of all, there were no glitches or "goofs".
