In October, I went for hair and facial treatments, I had a good experience. Second time I went in December was not so good. Stylist was 1/2 hour late for our appointment and unprepaired to do the service we had discussed. Second facial treatment was also awkward, as the esthetician was sloppy with her work and charged me more than I was expecting. Also, the girl who sold me Aveda products did not know what she was doing and sold me hair gel instead of shaving gel. Hit or miss interaction and service is not what I am looking for and this is after vowing never to go back in 2009. I went back to give it one more chance, and was dissappointed again.
