This merchant advertises up to 30% off retail pricing . I bought some perfume in a hurry and didn't notice the NO REFUNDS sign which was at the cash register.



I checked on amazon as a follow up and found I could have bought a bottle 2x larger for the same price. When I went back less than 24 hours later I was of course refused a refund.



My fault for shopping in a hurry- won't happen again!
