I need to speak to someone with authority. I just want Publisher 2010 to work again. My Product Key wasn't accepted. I really don't know what the first tech I spoke with did, but it did work for a few days. Now, none offfice 2010 will work. I'm been trying to get help with Rizelle, but she uninstalled my Office and then installed something else without Publisher. I NEED PUBLISHER. She's trying to tell me that I didn't have it. Duh. I've been using it since Dec. 2, 2011, when I purchased Office 2010 for home and student from the Microsoft Store. I AM TRYING TO FINISH A NEWSLETTER. She even put through a charge of $99 and still has not done a thing to resolve my problem. I keep telling her I want to speak with a supervisor, but now she has signed off and terminated the phone call. PLEASE, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!
