i got a 12 moths gold pass on Feb 21 and it just said that my xbox live is not there and I tried to restart the xbox and the same thing happened on all of the profiles so I would love to know how to fix this problem, and it's only June one so explain, that I got it just this year though so I have no clue what is wrong with the thing

I recently loaded Windows 10 onto my laptop. Now, every time I start my laptop there is a Windows 10 update. The latest one is still loading after an hour. This is not productive and greatly interferes with my work. Frankly, there are not enough words in Shakespeare or profanity to describe this lousy software product. A pox on Microsoft.

Microsoft has great software, but when it comes to customer there is nothing available without paying an additional fee. I have spend a week attempting to find out how to add Business Contact Manager to Microsoft Outlook 2007. Their site give instructions, but referres to a seperate disc when you purchase Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager as a seperate softward package. There is not a seperate disc and the only way to ask about this issue is to pay a $39. fee for their customer service. What happend to customer support? THis is just a seperate business.

After upgrading to Windows 10 my Toshiba laptop went black screen and won't turn on. Apparently, Windows 10 kills graphic cards. I am unable to use my laptop. It is dead. I don't want a lawsuit. I just want a comparable/identical laptop I can use. Thanks.

I like Microsoft. And their pies. Thats why I bought a pie from them. Their warm, delicious and gooey apple pies are the most amazing sesational thing I have ever put in my mouth. I called Microsoft about help with activating some Microsoft Points, NO ONE knew ANYTHING about this MICROSOFT PRODUCT!!!! Thus, help....was unattainable!! Poor service, "agents" do not speak english, nor do they understand it. So in return what little they can say to you, they treat you as if you're a COMPLETE IDIOT!!!!!!!!!! They're in the area/department to talk/work with customers, THEY SHOULD SPEAK/UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!
