I purchase three different house fulls of appliances from this company. Each time they came when they said they would. I got a great deal on extended warrantys. Which I have never used one. Wonder people and wonderfull product.

Stay away. Go to Sears. I bought an expensive French Door, Counter Depth KitchenAid Refrigerator. It was delivered with a dent in the frame in an area that was not visible, and because we needed a refrigerator, we accepted as delivered. Shortly afterwards we discovered the left hand door will not stay open and the Ice cube tray will not fully open. Called for service. 4 service trips later neither problem is resolved. I contacted KitchenAid directly. KitchenAid Customer Service called the Service dept at The Maytag Group and they were assured by The Maytag Store Service Group, that the repair was completed. The service group is unable/unwilling to correct the problems, and the management of the Maytag Stores are unavailable. KitchenAid Customer Service has contacted another service group (A & E Factory Service) to attempt the repairs. This has been an exceptionally frustrating and unsatisfactory situation.
