Here is my experience:

I went to Ms Fatima with my in-laws to get blouse done with fabric they bought me, as a gift. They are here only few weeks, and we were in a rush to get the blouse done by the time they are here.

While we waited for our turn, some lady got in the shop asking for some directions. Ms Fatima provided her with info while making fun of her (lady had some accent, and mispronounced name of place she was looking for). After lady went out, Ms Fatima continued making fun of her.

Like that was not enough for me to see "red light" and head out, we waited patiently for our turn.

We showed her fabric, and told Ms Fatima what kind of blouse we want, but she told us that she knows best, not listening to what we want. Each of our inputs she dismissed in a very rude manner. On one my request, she said how that will make me look fat; on one of my mother-in-law requests she made comments how that is very old fashioned; etc. I was shocked by the amount of rudeness, but I gave my best to stay calm. When we said that we need blouse done in about a week, she said how that is not possible, and it will take at least 2 weeks. She gave her price, which we didn't even discussed; not sure what was I thinking, I said OK, and headed home.

Home we discussed the whole experience, and came to the conclusion that actually we are not getting blouse we want, and not by the time we want, and on top of that Ms Fatima was very rude; so we decided to call her, cancel the order, and go to pick up the fabrics we left behind, so that we can find some other tailor for my blouse. My husband called, and that's when her rudeness became insanity. She was calling him names, made some ethnical comments, and told us that we can pick up fabric in two days. My husband told her that we will be there in 20 mins or so, but she said that she will not be in the store. After some more insults, my husband finished talk, and we decided to go to Ms Fatima's store, and pick up the fabric we left earlier that day, so that we don't need to think of dealing with that woman any more; also we are in a rush to find some other tailor, and get the blouse done as soon as possible. Once we reached there, it was closed, and no one inside. We decided to go back there in two days as Ms Fatima said on the phone, since there is no other choice... on our way back we met her on the traffic line in next lane right to us, my husband said how we can talk with her there, and she can give us the fabric... I lowered down my window, and my husband honked the horn, hoping to tell her to stop somewhere, sot that we can get the fabric back... Ms Fatima saw us, waved her hands like she is arguing with someone, and hit the gas flying through the traffic light taking right. We were in a straight-only lane looking at the car going away, and not believing what we just experienced.

My husband said that in two days he will go back to Ms Fatima's store in order to pick up the fabric. I'm not going, since I don't think that I can handle another wave of her insults. I hope that he will get the fabric back without to much stress, and that fabric will not be damaged.

This woman is for mental institution, not for working with people. I would never recommend to anyone to take their business to her. I know that I don't want to have anything with that woman again. I want to find some other tailor to do my blouse, but since Ms Fatima has the material, now I need to wait 2 days in order to get it (hopefully), and to give business to someone else.
