What a terrible experience I got from the tailor! I brought in an expensive ski jacket to have a zipper replaced. She asked me to prepaid before the services were done, at that point, I should have left.. When I came to get my ski jacket, she replaced the broken zipper with a very cheap one, not even for a jacket, the kind you would put on some pants or light vest... she charged me $28 for that!! when I offered her to purchase another zipper on my own and to have it put on for free charges, she refused to do it!!! Very disappointed and I just hope it won't happen to any other customers!!!!
