I went to Alpine Integrated Medecine because i was having back pain and ankle pain. Pain that are a continuity from injuries substained in Afghanistan during my deployment. I had a consultation with Kindra Reid who is the Personal Trainer at the facility; She was amazing at determining the areas of my body that were affected by my injuries through a "Functional Movement Screen". From there she was able to prescribe couple activities that would help me be in a better shape with less pain.

Then I had a consultation with Dr. Mohammad Shegeft who is the facility Naturopath. During this consultation Dr. Mohammad aligned my back and also taped my back an dankle with Kinesio tape. My final consultaion that i had was with Dr. Nichole who is the facility Licensed Acupunturist and Licensed Massage Practitioner. My visit with her consisted of a back massage that focus on the deep muscles that might be causing my back back.

Overall My visits at Alpine Integrated Medicine was a GREAT experience. From teh receptionist to the doctors everyone is very friendly and create a friendly professional atmosphere.

I will recomment them to anyone without any hesitation.
