Our 5th wheel was delivered to us last week but within the first night, we had no power to most of our wall outlets and then in the middle of the night, the furnace went out!! We called Mike at around 7am though his hours are posted as 8am because we were so cold and couldn't use space heaters except in our bedroom. Within 15 minutes, he called back and said he would be on his way soon! Thankfully he diagnosed the different problems and had us up a running again immediately because he had the parts on hand. He knocked some time off his bill for us and also spent time teaching my husband about the parts and how things generally work. He also alerted us to some potential problems due to corrosion. Not wanting to rack up a huge bill for us, he gave us the option after explaining how to trouble shoot some issues, for us to do some of our own minor repairs. With Mike's guidance, my husband was able to purchase a part and fix these minor things that afternoon, saving us alot of money!

Because of the overall corrosion Mike had pointed out, in 2 days we had to call Mike back and once again, he immediately returned our call and came out promptly. He did a bypass and ordered some replacement parts no charge! Once again, he explained and taught us more about our RV and the critical elements of maintenance as an new RV owner. We are very thankful for Mike's service, his combination of expertise, friendliness and desire to teach owners about their RV.

So I was having a starting issue with my 1990 Motorhome. I called several mobile mechanics before I decided to use Mike. He came out and had it running again within an hour. Mike took the time to explain things to me and didn't over charge either. I would absolutely recommend him and would use him again. Thanks Mike. You're a rock star.

While staying in Durango we had a hot water tank completely fail in our Travel Trailer. Mike not only professionally fixed the problem he advised us the best price place to get the new tank. His installation, clean up, friendlyness and helpful advice was the best of the best! Very reasonable prices for top quality work and experience! We are so grateful to have had Mike do the repair! On an extended three week round trip from Phoenix to Denver we encountered electrical problems in Durango, Colorado with our 1995 Roadtrek RV. The dashboard gauge fuse kept blowing. Mike came to our campsite and discovered several electrical issues, both in the house side and the chassis side of our class-B vehicle. A loose connection on the house battery was causing a short; the alternator was not charging properly. Mike replaced the alternator, and while doing a thorough electrical analysis of the charging system on the Chevy's engine, discovered a loose connection to a resistor that had been intermittently shorting and was the ultimate cause of the alternator going bad. No other repair facility (including Chevy dealers) for the past twenty-five years had ever bothered to look this closely at the electrical wiring into and out of the alternator circuit. Mike knows this stuff inside and out. He's fair, honest and upfront with his analysis; and he won't take advantage of you if you're broke down far from home.

We had a newish RV, and weren't all that familiar with all the workings. Anyway to make a long story short it had a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen sink. Something with the RO system was interfering with the water coming into our RV---it was diverting it to our grey tank. We called Mike, and within two hours he was at our little ranch here way out in the middle of nowhere. He had his wife with him and a little dog, and they were courteous and wonderful and most importantly, competent. In an hour or so he had an up-and-running knew everything about our system and gave us such a feeling of comfort knowing that there was someone out there who knew what he was doing and wasn't some fly by Shady con man.
My husband and I can't say enough about his professionalism and his knowledge. How refreshing to find an honest hard-working man out there that really is interested in helping you. If you have any issues or problems whatsoever give Mike a call, you will be glad you did.
