Hidden Charges, Billed 3 separate times for one office visit at 180.00 a pop, and was told that was normal. Spent more time in waiting room than seeing the Doctor. The staff has no idea what they are doing and the girls up front cannot tell you if your visit is covered by insurance or not until you receive a nice $425.00 dollar office visit bill weeks later in the mail even after they take and do not return you 25.00 co-pay and you are not covered!
Their doctors work when sick or not giving you a nice cold to take home to your family.
You are then referred to another doctor (one of theirs of course) for a second opinion at another 25.00 insurance co pay payment and then before the surgery you have to see their wellness doctor at another 25.00 co pay so she can tell you if you are healthy enough to get your foot operated on for 30 minutes??
RIP OFF DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The Bend and Redmond offices are all the same!!

Dr. Gingold is great. He goes through every option he can before he does surgery. It does get frustrating but its well worth waiting and the time consuming physical therapy before surgery. I did physical therapy twice a week for over a year and I was wearing thin and getting very angry and thought the office wasnt listening on how I was feeling. But then I was scheduled . Got to the hospital and the volunteer told my driver not to forget my flowers at the desk before we left my surgeon doctor bought me a gorgeous rose. Everything that the office staff and the doctors told me so far has been very accurate. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this clinic and see dr. Gingold. 5 stars for me here
