I've been seeing Dr. Aplin-Scott for approximately seven years. I am impressed with her professionalism and the efficiency of every staff member. Dr. Scott has never recommended a procedure that wasn't necessary--and she is the most thorough dentist I have ever had. In addition, her dental hygienist is excellent and all of her employees are friendly and well trained. I recommend her without reservation.

I was quoted a price for one tooth. I paid it then had to have the exact service on the other side...same tooth..I didn't feel any pain and nor did it look like it needed fixing..still I paid and paid extra, for credit towards my cleaning as my dental benefits were going to be maxed out. I was quoted 438 for two teeth, no cleaning. I paid 500. Now I got a bill still owing 319.00 more dollars. That is a 360 under estimated quote..that's not a oops that's huge and nothing extra done to teeth. Both the exact same. When asked why they said that my benefits paid out too soon.???? If u have a max on benefits doesn't matter if paid in 3 checks or one. They should have known they price. The two procedures were a month apart and no bills till 2 months later...afterall procedures were done. Don't trust this place. I work at the hospital I know good ethics...this is not one.
