Owner is not Professional at all. Changes prices during the job. I then had him write up a contract $700 for front and backyard grass from his seed which he said was guaranteed. He said that he would have to come back and fix runoff and spots that would have to be fixed as expected. Then wanted $40 to mow the lawn before fixing the areas that was part of contract. Also to be my Gardner for a few months at $125/month. One day as seed was growing there we're a lot of weeds growing from the seeds he planted and said I should pick them out. When I called to inquire about finishing his contracted job he said he would not because I didn't pay him to mow the lawn. I paid $700 for lawn that I don't have. Gave him opportunity to fix this situation and he chose not too.
Very rude needs customer service.
