He keeps you informed if he is going to be late. Two, Mr Fix It is an expert with everything dealing with sprinklers. He can locate a problem with ease when you have no idea of what is going on. He can look at your complete sprinkler system and timer and knows with ease how to deal with your equipment no matter how old it is. My timer was over 30 years old and he knew exactly how to program the whole thing for me. Three, he located a break in my line that was very deep and difficult to get to and he did so with ease. Fourth, Mr. Fix I knows what he is doing and does it with ease. I had multiple issues and he dealt with all of my complicated problems with ease and in a timely manner. He spent a full hour with me tackling all my concerns. I was no help at all because I am 70 years old and have no knowledge in this area.
