I wish I could give them zero stars because they are a complete rip off, very unprofessional, and horrible to work with.



I rented a helium tank from them and paid a deposit in advanced. They said to pick up the tank at 6:pm the day before my party. I was there at 6 and the place was lockup up. I called the number on the door, but no answer. I then had no choice but to pick up the tank the day of my party. The posted hours on the door stated that they open at 10:am on Sunday, so I was there at 10:am; but again, no one was there.



At this point I was really freaking out so I called all the numbers I had for them, but got no answer. Finally at 10:20 the owner arrived and I got the tank. Upon returning the tank the next day, I'm there at 9:am on Monday when they said they would be open; but again - no one was there. So I left.



Then I get a call at 10:50 stating that I need to return the tank by 11:am or I'm going to lose my security deposit of $50.00. Well, I live 20 min away so that was going to be tough, but I still made the attempt. I actually got there at 11:05 and the place was locked up. I then went back to the place on Tuesday when they opened and the owner said that Monday was a holiday so they were only there for an hour (from 10 to 11). You would have thought that a holiday would have been their hottest sales day.



I obviously argued that not opening on time and only giving me 10 min notice to get there is not right, but they still persisted to keep my $50 security deposit. After a somewhat heated discussion, they ended up giving me back $25, but this is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional. There are far too many honest and better quality providers out there.
