If zero stars is an option, it would have been that! They cancelled on me last minute only to try to blame Lowe's for a schedule conflict...They did not even call to tell me they were not coming! Then they rescheduled for 2 days later saying the part was to be overnighted for delivery in time for the 2nd service appointment and when it did not show they again blamed someone else... this time it was UPS that "lost" the package! UPS never picked it up so how can they lose something they never had! And Monique the office manager Is A JOKE!

Do not waste your time and money on this company!!



My washing machine did not spin properly and my dryer did not get hot enough to dry.

I called my warranty company to get a tech out. This was in November 2012.

They sent out J&M !



1. My dryer needed a new pulley and bearings. We waited for the parts, and when the

tech came out to install them he dropped the dryer door on his foot and the latch broke. So we had to wait again for them to order this part before the dryer could be fixed. J&M charged the part their tech broke to my warranty company!



2. My washer jumped in the spin cycle. Long story......Six months later, several new parts, 5 or 6 technicians later it still does the same. I am being told to take the machine off my pedestals for it to work properly!!! If that would have solved the problem in first place - why didn't they tell me that on their first visit?! Oh, and now they say if they take it to their shop, they might figure out what they can do. NO, thank you.

Had to have them out 5 times over 3 weeks, they sent out different tech's each time. NO one was on the same page with my repairs. Then after they replaced the motor and speed control my washer witch never leaked before started to leak, they come out and tell me that all of a sudden I have rodent damage in the hose and its not covered under warranty, but none of the other techs found that the last 4 times they were out. I spoke with the tech on the telephone and he had horrible customer service and dx the phone on my exactly at 5pm because he was off the clock. I called the office to complain the receptionist had no emotion as I complained and this is coming from a family owned business that has written on their invoices " WHERE PRIDE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 PRIORITY" I am not one to complain or even write a review but this one is worth writing. Stay away from this company.

Quick, effcient and my dryer works great.
