Beware of doing business with this company. I was sold a defective Hammond A100 and 145 Leslie. Supposedly refurbished and rebuilt but had multiple problems. After speaking to a couple of nationally known Hammond Technicians belonging to MITA they informed me that this company is known for their bad reputation. They got specific with me about their dealings and also said they refused to repair anything that came from Herve Thomas of Vintage Hammond Organs...I found it interesting that both technicians knew about this company. I requested the organ to be sent back the day after it was delivered to me after discovering these things.so as to comply with the 30 day window return policy.the organ was picked up on 7/10/18 by Keyboard Carriage and delivered back to Vintage Hammond Organ on 8/1/18. A refund has yet to be issued despite the 30 day return policy and the guarantee that I would have a refund verbally and in writing by Herve..I filed a dispute with the credit card company and received a provisional credit from Visa....To date Visa has not gotten reimbursed from Mr. Thomas......BUYER BEWARE!!!!
