Buyers Beware



Although the dentist do good work, beware of the billing practice. I went to the Redlands office and spoke with the finance person Vanessa and agreed on work to be done and the dentist did work which cost me several hundred dollars more with no explanation. Be sure you are getting what you ask for and if you make any changes be sure they are doing what you requested. Also, if you have insurance, be sure what your out of pocket costs will be before any work is done, otherwise they will have you agreeing to have X-rays and other work that may not be covered by your insurance. Buyers Beware

I have been a patient ever since 2005 and have always had a good experience. The staff is

friendly and competent and fun!

Its a very comfortable environment here and you don't see any fear in any of the children. I heard about this office from my sister and it really is comfortable for my son.

I like Dr. Hoffer. He is a very warm and friendly dentist. He shows that and it is obvious he has a passion for what he does.

I started going to Dr. Hoffer since my daughter was 2. We actually stopped going to the office for a short time but we came back. We realized that no one is better than Dr. Hoffer in the area. Take your child here and only here.

I hope that my family and I can have a lifelong relationship with Redland's Family Dentistry. Everything they do here is just great and over the top. For what it goes for dental care it is the best I have received out of anywhere, I never have experienced anything like it.

Dr. Hoffer is the best! She was one of the top 5 dentists in the local paper. She is very professional and takes the time to explain the procedure. She s good at what she does.

For maybe 7 or more years I have been going here for all of my dental needs . I think that the overall atmosphere is very casual and it is really like a family. That's what I like about it, he is very efficient and does amazing work.

For about 2 years now my children have been going here. The entire check in and check out process goes pretty smoothly. Dr. Hoffer does an outstanding job at making my kids feel at home and comfortable. They simply do a wonderful job here and cover all the bases at what needs to be done.

The staff here is simply amazing! They will take their time to explain everything to you and what they are doing. They will even go as far as giving you reasons on why things are being done. Basically it puts me at ease knowing this and shows why it is important to get things fixed.

Well my child is a little uncomfortable at the dentist but my comfort level there is absolutely amazing! They are just so accommodating and my son freaks out every time we go but they do such a great job with him and put him at ease. They are remarkably caring people!

I have been a patient here for many years and it is such an excellent dentistry. Dr. Hoffer absolutely does amazing work. They offer a very pleasant environment and overall is a great dental establishment. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist office that cares and does quality work.

This is a fantastic office, I have not had any issues here and the staff is just wonderful. I like how empathetic they are towards you and Heidi the hygienist is very comforting. All of there personalities and skill are all very good. I go there because of the people and the quality work done. I don't think it can get any better than this.

Dr. Hoffer is just magical! She is a gift to us. To be able to give such a nice environment. Her way of communicating and relating to kids is in a way where the kids think they are at Disney Land!

I have been going to Redland's for many years and it is an excellent experience. It is a very welcoming and homey environment that they provide and I know everybody. There dentistry is painless and they take great care of me!
