This store is fun to shop at. ...

This store is fun to shop at. Lots of nice stuff and good prices. They have a big communication problem when it comes to checking out customers. I was ready to check out and the only checking window which was open was at customer service. Out of 5 or 6 checkout stations, none were open. After waiting about 15-20 minutes (with everyone in line a little frustrated, there suddenly appeared about 4 checkers on the front registers. Instead of taking we the people that had waited in line at customer service so long they took new customers. When confronting one of the checkers she said that line was only for returns (which was not true at all). I talked to the manager about the situation and he just said "guess I will have to have a communication talk with the employees. Next time I walk in the Burlington store in Redlands I will not shop there until I verify they are checkiing out customers in a timely and appropriate way.
