I was impressed. They fixed a nail in my tire for free even though I didn't buy my tires there. Not super fast but really cool guys.

I love this place...they are absolutely nice friendly and they do a great job..... the other review is probably just because they're mad because they waited to the last minute to get their car fixed... your procrastination is not there emergency I always take my car to this location because they are always quick and always offer the lowest prices guaranteed... not only do they have the best prices they always have good promotions for the tires

I used to love this store but recently I have noticed the customer service go down. Normally when I would bring one of my vehicles in, the longest it would take would be three hours. Three hours later, my vehicle was still sitting in the lot, and vehicles that came in after mine were already on the rack! When I asked what the hold up was, they told me that mine was next, so I left to get lunch. An hour later, my truck was still on the lot! Another customer there informed me that if I did not actually sit there and watch the staff, my vehicle would not be a priority. I had to drive out of state that day and this took precious time from my trip and cost me money in accommodations to make up for the time wasted on this all day tire job. The manager, Jaime, needs to get up off of his seat and hold his crew accountable!
