I love this place. When I need a zipper replaced in something, they do an excellent job. And it cost only $8. Considering I cannot replace the zippers myself, I think it's a very reasonable price.

I have referred Al's Redlands Boot to all my friends and family. Would definitely recommend them to anybody that is looking for a new service!!!

I used this place a couple of years ago to repair my shoes.They weren't too expensive at the time. I almost got ripped off though when they tried to short change me when I paid. It seemed pretty intentional but luckly i cought it. I always give someone a second chance. My wife tried to drop off a pair of shoes last week to have repaired. Now they have expensive charges for their work. She said they wanted 10 dollars to fix the heel and 12 dollars to fix the sole. On one shoe. That would have been 44 dollars to fix one pair of shoes. NOT. I quickly left. Please don't use this place their rip off. This is at the corner of Redlands Blvd and Orange St. Avoid it their work isn't that good anyway.
