I was very unhappy with the way this company treated me, I had scheduled a PALS classto take and got the dates mixed up and called to verify the date and found it was that morning, the receptionist/manager, hung up and said too bad you loose, the class is just started, so after driving over to the place the manager refused to even reschedule me for the next one. They took my money period, and said you were a no call/no show...well, I did both of those things, I called in and did showed up. This company is unfair and unreasonalbe to dealt with.



I took this same class several years ago, this was a renewal, and have since

referred many of my co workers before to their company and was very disappointed to have been treated so unfairly.



All this, after writting the owner and receiving no response and then, calling

to the owner speaking to Susan Schmitt, who also was not willing to resovle

anything just took our money. oh boy!!!!! not nice, just took my $200 + .....



Needless to say I am not referring no one else!!!!!!
