My car broke down the next day after purchase!!!!! I bought a warranty but Monarch Cars did not pay them when i bought the warranty so i had to pay for the repair myself and now i have to try and get my money back from them for the warranty i purchased but could not even use!!!!!!!

Soooooo distraught!

My mom was so excited to get a new car so we shopped around she found this place from day one I new they wore scam artist they wore the only people that would take my mom old salvaged title car as a trade in with no money down.

When she was going threw the finance company to get her loan they told her to lie to the bank like she put a thousand dollars down. They had my momma going back in forth up to this dealership everyday for 2weeks going back in forth because they didn't won't to fix the nassesery stuff on the car she wanted!

Finally she took the car with they word to fix the that was wrong with it.

now the car has compelety broke down in we are out of 400 in ths is just to get in backon the road that's not even everything

They keep giving us the running around keep sending her to different shops in there trying to go the cheap way out in is not fixing the problem

A car is a big investment

Not cool for them to do people like this will never recommend them to any one

unprofessional staff and they sell lemons. My wife and I got a car from them and in less than 3mnths it broke down we took it up to the dealership the owner did nothing but replaced a fuse and the next day the car caught on fire. We tried contacting the owner but the employees gace us the run around and then told my wife she might as well stop calling them. They're unprofessional no respect for customers after you're in a car and as far as I'm concerned they are scam artists. I will never go back or recommend anyone get an automobile from there
