Help is knowledgable, but they're prices are bordering on "gouging". A new thermal fuse for my dryer is going for as little as $8 on Amazon etc cost me $26 at Servall. a little plastic fan blade for my freezer evap I bought from them last month cost $30. $10 online.

I always ordered my parts online, one time I had to call and get a special price on a part, and I was surprise by the service they provided. Very rude, and disrespectful.

Response was quick. I misdiagnosed the part for my broken dryer but when I came in the person at the counter quickly noticed my mistake and rather then sell me the wrong part he took the time to test my part discuss the problem and helped me find the right part.

Part selection is great, customer service sucks! Have yet to meet a freindly face at this establishment. Try calling there, phone can ring for up to an hour. Unfortunatly they have this industry monopolized, no one else for miles carries these parts. They obviously know this and it reflects the way they act, they are very rude!

As a builder who does my own repairs, great variety and service.

I run a small real estate rental business and need parts 2-3 times a year. I have found that Servall always has the lowest prices. On a recent trip, they where 33% cheaper that my neighborhood plumbing store. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.
