I am a retired senior citizen lady. The Mr Rooter person who came to my house did not give me his name. He was condescending & rude. He charged $185 but only cleared half of my 60' line. He showed me a few tree roots but refused to cut through them, even though they were not bad. He said he would have to charge $3,000. even though he would have used his same cutting machine. When I said $3,000 was excessive, he told me the water was flowing down "good enough." and he left in a hurry. In addition to $185 for 7 minutes of dishonesty & sloppy work, he charged me $60 for a little container of root killer. Two days later I saw the EXACT same product for only $18 at Walmart. I will never call Mr Rooter again.
