When it comes to recliners, Sarah knows her stuff! She helped me select a recliner that fit me. She was also able to sell me the floor model rather than having to wait for a special order. We were able to complete the sale via phone and internet which was very easy and convenient. Lazy Boy is the place to go if you want to buy a recliner!

We spoke to Tessa. She was really sweet and helpful. We were a bit surprised at the wait time for our order, but we do understand. With Covid and workforce shortages, it isn’t unreasonable. We know the quality and that your products are made in the USA, which will make it worth the wait.

Redding LA-Z Boy was a great experience. They greeted us immediately when we walked in even though it was very busy. They were very accommodating and friendly. There was no pressure like you commonly feel when shopping for furniture. They listened to what we needed and were looking for and didn’t try to “upsell” us what we didn’t need. Our salesperson Zach Baldwin was extremely personable and helpful. He clearly explained options and what to expect. He made sure we clearly understood all the fine print of the paperwork we were signing. It was a very pleasurable experience and I would absolutely shop there again.
