I am not defending the restaur...

I am not defending the restaurant's service, but if you want someone to take your review seriously it is important to execute your message legibly. I have had poor service there but I have also had great service there ....it more depends on the staff working at the time. In my experience, it is the same issue everywhere, the service depends on the staff AT THE TIME...it should be consistent but some people just don't have the motivation to put pride in their work at minimum wage as others. I also know that if you make a complaint at Denny's it is taken seriously and they will go over and above to fix it.
